1. Who controls your information
Music Gen Pvt. Ltd. is the operator and data controller for CINEM8E unless an enterprise agreement identifies another role or allocation of responsibilities.
2. Information we collect
We may process account and contact details, login and security events, support correspondence, scripts, prompts, uploaded documents, audio, video, reference images, generated assets, workflow metadata, device information, IP address and service logs.
3. Why we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, provide generation and editing services, preserve project continuity, operate storage and delivery systems, prevent abuse, secure the platform, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, provide support and meet legal obligations.
4. AI and service providers
Selected inputs and references may be transmitted to contracted AI, transcription, hosting, storage, security or content-delivery providers solely to perform requested services. Provider processing may be governed by their service terms and our enterprise arrangements.
5. Retention
We retain account records, projects, uploads, generations and logs for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain continuity and security, resolve disputes and satisfy contractual or legal duties. Retention may vary by enterprise workspace and can be addressed through support.
6. Security
We use access controls, authenticated workspaces, transport encryption, operational logging and restricted infrastructure access. No system is completely secure; users must protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell project content as a standalone product. Information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. International processing
Infrastructure and AI providers may process information outside your region. Where required, we use contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the relevant transfer.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance or contractual performance.
10. Children
CINEM8E is not directed to children and is intended for users authorised by an enterprise or who are legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Do not upload a minor’s likeness or voice without valid authority and consent.
