Terms of Engagement
These terms govern access to and use of the CINEM8E website, enterprise workspace, script intelligence, image generation, video generation, editing, continuity and assembly tools.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity and authority to use CINEM8E. Credentials are personal to authorised users, must be protected and may not be shared outside the permitted organisation or team.
2. Permitted use
You may use the platform for lawful story development, production planning and media creation consistent with these terms, the Responsible AI policy, applicable laws, provider rules and your enterprise agreement.
3. Inputs and permissions
You retain responsibility for scripts, prompts, files, likenesses, voices, brands and reference material you provide. You represent that you hold all rights, licences, permissions and consents required to submit and process them.
4. Generated outputs
AI outputs may be probabilistic, inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to content produced for others. You must review outputs before publication or reliance. Ownership and commercial-use rights remain subject to applicable law, provider terms and any enterprise agreement.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not create unlawful, deceptive, exploitative or non-consensual material; impersonate people; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; target minors; bypass security; scrape or reverse engineer the service; or use outputs to mislead viewers about material facts.
6. Human review
You are responsible for creative, editorial, legal, factual, safety and rights review. CINEM8E does not replace professional advice, production clearance, consent management or human editorial judgment.
7. Fees and external services
Generation may consume paid provider capacity. Fees, quotas, refunds and service levels are governed by the applicable order or enterprise agreement. Third-party models and infrastructure may change, fail or become unavailable.
8. Platform intellectual property
CINEM8E, ScripterGen AI, its workflow architecture, interfaces, prompts, continuity systems, software, branding and documentation are proprietary to Music Gen Pvt. Ltd. except for identified third-party components.
9. Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect confidential information using reasonable care. You must promptly report unauthorised account access, disclosure of project material or suspected misuse to support.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for security risks, non-payment, unlawful activity, policy breaches, provider requirements or material violation. Provisions concerning rights, confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
The website and demonstrations are representational. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Except where expressly agreed in writing, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness, non-infringement and specific production outcomes.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Music Gen Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from platform use, third-party services or reliance on generated output. Contractual liability limits may be specified in an enterprise agreement.
13. Indemnity
You are responsible for claims arising from your inputs, instructions, publication, rights violations, unlawful use or breach of these terms, subject to any allocation in a signed enterprise agreement.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any agreed dispute process, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
